Becoming a member of
Coatesville Pony Club
Members of Coatesville Pony Club can enjoy the expansive club grounds afforded by a lease on the part of the Coatesville Recreation Reserve and access to other public areas of the reserve as well as exclusive member use of a large 40 by 60 all weather arena and extensive jumping facilities including an exhilarating cross country course that makes excellent use of this unique natural setting.
Coatesville Pony Club welcomes new members and businesses wishing to become part of Coatesville's largest community club.

Uniform
All riding members are to wear the Club shirt, either long or short sleeves, with plain jodhpurs: White, Beige, Navy or Black ​
There are also Jackets, Caps and Zip up hoodies in our club colours that are available and permitted to be worn at rally.

Volunteers
Pony Club is a volunteer Managed organisation and we couldn't have such an amazing club and beautiful grounds without the help of our members.
​
Junior and Senior Rally members are required to help the club for 16 hours at events & working bees over the season. (Subsequent children 8 hours).
As an adult or non-rally member you are required to support the club with 8 hours of volunteer help.
If you prefer not to help you can opt to pay an exemption fee which is charged at $23.50/hr, $376 (16hrs) and $188 (8hrs).
Membership Fees
Riders under 18yrs: $306​
Riders 18 - 25 yrs: $306
Adult 25 yrs+: $306
Riding member under 18 (2nd and subsequent child): $234
Parent of riders under 18: $20
Casual Riders: $25 per horse
Key Bond: $50
Volunteer hours: $23.50/hr ​​​
All riders under 18 yr old must also have a parent registered.

How to Sign up
​
New members, and those transitioning from other clubs are encouraged to email us at their earliest convenience with their riders name age and experience so we can understand their level and assess availability in the appropriate rally group.​
​
Returning members will receive an email with a personalised link in July /August in order to sign up easily.
​​
All enrollments need to be completed, along with payment of any outstanding volunteer hours before 21st September 25 in order to receive confirmation and grounds keys .
